Shipping Methods and costs

Purchased products are shipped via express courier or a freight forwarder carefully selected by the Seller based on criteria of reliability, punctuality, and service quality, to the address provided by the Customer during the ordering process. The Customer is responsible for verifying the accuracy and completeness of the data provided; any inaccuracies may cause delays or additional costs, which shall be borne by the Customer.

Particular attention is devoted to the preparation and packaging of the goods. Each product is packaged using high-quality materials suitable to ensure maximum protection during transport, minimizing the risk of impacts, vibrations, or accidental damage. The goods are handed over to the carrier only after thorough checks of the integrity and suitability of the packaging.

Shipping costs are borne by the Customer and are calculated and communicated prior to order confirmation, taking into account factors such as destination, delivery method, weight and volume of the products, total order amount, and any additional services requested.

The Seller shall not be held liable for delays attributable to the carrier, force majeure, or events beyond its direct control.
