Wine produced from grapes of the Garganega variety. The grapes are harvested late and are vinified on the skins. The wine is then kept in steel tanks for 6 months awaiting bottling in the following spring. Wine of great structure with deep color. Intense and almost aromatic scents.

Harvest begins in late October, when the grapes are overripe. The grapes are hand-picked and brought to the winery in 15-kg crates.
